There are going to be at least five books in The Wings of War series, with the very likely inclusion of a 6th (and possibly a 7th) if people are still digging the story. For those of you panicking about that, don’t worry. I DO NOT plan on dragging Wings out into a book saga. I plan are tying up all the loose ends, then moving on to other things. Parents need to know that The Dragonet Prophecy is the first book in the bestselling Wings of Fire series by Tui T. Sutherland, one of the writers in the Warriors series. While the cover looks like one of the cute characters from The Land Before Time sprouted wings, it's a bit deceiving.
